Since we started, Leaf Envy has grown organically by word of mouth and we are now taking things to the next level and looking for a Growth marketer to drive our online growth.

The role

This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral member of the Leaf Envy team. Work closely with the Founder to shape the future of the brand and help Leaf Envy scale.

This role is perfect for an analytical but creative mind - someone who loves taking ownership of their own projects from ideation, planning to execution.

We'd love you to be comfortable with change, super organised, able to juggle multiple roles at once and speak in numbers. For you to be successful in this role, you’ll need the drive and know-how to take ownership and role with your ideas.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a plan to drive brand penetration and profitably increase revenue.
• Set measurable goals, budgets and report upon performance using analytics.
• Analyze new tools & technologies to help us grow our online sales
• Advise on e-commerce best practices.
• Work with our paid social and search agency partners and drive performance improvements in ad campaigns.
• Work with our web development agency to improve our site metrics by managing a conversion rate optimisation programme to improve CR, AOV, LTV across our site and subscription.
• Manage a team of freelance social media and email marketing strategists and oversee both channels ensuring everything is operating and performing well.
• Update our website with new campaigns and merchandise products / collections.
• Stay ahead of key trends, best practices and the competitive landscape.
• Bring to the table amazing ideas & take ownership of your ideas!

Your Experience

• 3+ years experience in a digital role at an ecommerce brand - bonus if you have experience working in a subscription d2c brand.
• Experience working with digital platforms - Shopify, Klaviyo, Yotpo, MentionMe, Bold, Google Optimize, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads are your jam. Please specify platforms you have worked with in your application.
• A solid understanding of conversion rate optimisation, AB testing, user experience design.
• Detailed knowledge of online & offline acquisition & retention channels, including paid social & search, direct mail, inserts, affiliate, referral, email & SMS.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and data.
• A curious, hungry, proactive & results-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to get the best out of colleagues and stakeholders.
• A passion for plants and the Leaf Envy brand is a must!

Position: Email Marketing Specialist
Role: Freelance - 1-2 days per week
Location: Remote - with option to come into the Studio for team building days

We have grown organically to date by word of mouth and are now looking for an email marketing guru to drive our online growth.

You’ll be responsible for:

Driving new customer acquisition, retention & loyalty by creating incredible campaigns that people love & enjoy

Increasing our email marketing revenue

• Create and execute a plan to drive brand penetration and revenue using our Klaviyo email marketing platform
• Analyze performance, set up flows and engage our different customer segments
• Optimise our current flows with best practice and introduce new ones
• Optimise our Subscription email flows to increase retention and engagement
• Obsess over ways to improve our digital performance and implement those changes through AB testing campaigns
• Report weekly on performance & advise on how to improve

Designing show-stopping email campaigns

• Using our brand guidelines, create beautiful email graphics to promote the Leaf Envy brand
• Collaborate with the team on upcoming product launches & campaigns and schedule these on email

Creating compelling content for our community of plant lovers

• We are all about adding value to our customers, so come to the table with a plan to help us on our mission to help people design by nature
• Collaborate with our social media specialist on campaigns and make sure our promotions and tone of voice are consistent across channels
• Be obsessed with “what works” and stay ahead of key trends, best practices and the competitive landscape
• Bring to the table amazing ideas & take ownership of your ideas!

You’ll have:

• 3+ years experience in working for an ecommerce brand - bonus if you have experience working for a subscription d2c brand
• Graphic designer - can use Adobe suite
• A Klaviyo whizz! Bonus if Yotpo SMS whizz!
• Experience working with digital platforms - bonus if Shopify, Klaviyo, Yotpo, MentionMe, Bold, Google Analytics are your jam
• Experience executing eye-catching marketing campaigns to cut through the noise
• An eye for good design, branding, copywriting, social media content and marketing
• Strong analytical skills and be proficient with Excel and data

• Create compelling content for our community of plant lovers
• Plant care & styling reels & static assets that drive engagement & revenue
• Set up a monthly content calendar using Later - posting across IG, FB, Pinterest, TikTok, FB, Linkedin & Twitter
• Work with team on promotional and product launch campaigns
• Utilise performance analytics to be smart to drive the best results & analyse weekly performance
• Design posts using your graphic design skills
• Create reels youself & work with a freelance videographer for more technical set ups
• Organise shoots
• Be obsessed with “what works” and stay ahead of key trends, best practices and the competitive landscape
• Organise competitions and brand partnerships to drive exposure & key metrics
